Please read this agreement in full before dropping off your vehicle. By requesting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Full payment in cash or other immediately available funds is required before release of your vehicle or products ("Pickup"). Company may accept payment by check but reserves the right to require, in its sole discretion, payment by cash or other immediately available funds. If Company accepts payment by check, Company will charge a fee of $50 for each returned check.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoiced cost of the Services (plus the cost of Materials) is payable in advance. Company may require a greater deposit amount for certain Services, in which case such deposit amount will be set forth on the corresponding order form. If Customer elects to pay the full invoiced amount in advance, such full payment is likewise non-refundable in its entirety.
Customers are liable for collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs for unpaid balances, as well as interest at the greater of 18% per annum and the maximum interest permitted by applicable law.
You agree to inspect the vehicle upon receipt and raise any concerns prior to removing your vehicle from Company's premises — otherwise the job will be deemed accepted. Any invoice disputes must be communicated in writing to Company within ten (10) days of invoice date; otherwise, the invoice will be deemed accepted.
Once a deposit or full payment has been submitted and the corresponding Materials have been ordered or procured by Company on Customer's behalf, the order is deemed confirmed and non-cancellable. No portion of any payment — including amounts paid for Materials, labor, or design Services — may be refunded, credited, transferred, or applied toward any other service, appointment, vehicle, or order.
By way of example and without limitation, Customer may not redirect or reallocate funds paid for one service (e.g., a full vehicle wrap) to a different service (e.g., window tinting, paint protection film, or any other offering) or to a different vehicle. All payments are final and are specific solely to the agreed-upon Services and vehicle as set forth on the corresponding order form.
In the event of any dispute ("Dispute") relating to or arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties will, before initiating any legal action or arbitration, meet and confer within 30 days after notice by the aggrieved party to negotiate a resolution.
Within 20 days after such negotiations fail, the aggrieved Party will request that the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service ("JAMS") choose a neutral mediator to conduct an in-person mediation at a neutral location within 30 days of contact with JAMS, the fee for which will be jointly shared.
If a Dispute remains unresolved after the above process, it will be submitted to Binding Arbitration and the Parties will be bound by the Arbitrator's decision. Each Party is responsible for its own costs of Binding Arbitration, including its own attorney's fees. Arbitrator fees, expenses, and host location fees and expenses will be shared equally.
The cost of any materials for Services ("Materials") must be paid in advance before Services begin. Materials that are ordered are non-refundable. There is a 30% restocking fee on top of the already-purchased cost if Customer does not proceed with the corresponding Services.
Any requested modifications to the type or scope of Services must be accepted by Company in writing. Customer has 24 hours to cancel or change an installation appointment date. A $40 fee applies if Customer misses the install appointment date. There will be no price changes once the date has been finalized and deposit is made.
Vinyl Materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed per Customer's personal request. Company is not the manufacturer of Materials — all warranties are the responsibility of the corresponding manufacturer. It is Customer's responsibility to obtain warranty information from the manufacturer before requesting Services.
Vehicles left beyond the date Company notifies Customer of pickup readiness will be charged $35.00 per day, per space occupied until picked up and paid for. An additional $50 fee applies if Customer and Company agree on a pickup time and Customer fails to appear.
For all Services, Customer must wash their vehicle using ONLY water and soap before dropping the vehicle off with Company ("Dropoff"). Although Company will prepare and clean the vehicle prior to Services, wax and other chemicals can prevent vinyl from properly adhering to the vehicle. DO NOT WAX THE VEHICLE OR USE A CLAY BAR PRIOR TO DROPOFF. A $50 additional charge applies if Company must wash the vehicle.
Vinyl material is a pliable plastic material. We make every effort to make it look as seamless as possible; however, curves, bumps, rivets, moldings, and deep-channeled curves may prevent full conformity. In some cases, relief cuts need to be made or patches need to be installed to cover certain areas.
Stretching will result in some shrinkage as the material attempts to return to its original form and dimensions. As it shrinks, some minor lifting may occur and will be addressed by Company (in Company's reasonable discretion), provided that Customer notifies Company of such issue within 90 days after Pickup.
In the event that Customer provides aftermarket parts for installation by Company, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Company's sole responsibility is the physical installation of such parts as directed by Customer. Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the compatibility, performance, safety, or fitness of any Customer-supplied aftermarket parts.
Customer assumes all risk associated with the replacement of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts with aftermarket parts, including but not limited to any warning lights, dashboard notifications, error codes, emissions issues, mechanical malfunctions, electrical issues, or damage to the vehicle that may arise as a direct or indirect result of such replacement or installation.
If artwork is provided by Customer, Company is not responsible for any errors or quality of images or artwork. Once artwork is approved by Customer, any changes made before or after production will incur additional cost depending on the size of the reprint and time required.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate custom artwork (e.g., company logos, designs) in a high-resolution format with complete and accurate text ("Design"). All Design Services include three hours of design and up to two mockups. Additional design time is billed at $95 per hour. Design changes and corrections are charged at $95.00 per hour. Graphics are available for purchase.
Mock-up template approval is an artistic representation of what your graphics will look like. Company reserves the right to slightly modify certain measurements and/or areas to accommodate production and installation. As color renditions are generated by computer, colors may vary slightly from actual decal material.
Sample templates are mock-ups only — templates may be smaller or larger than the actual vehicle, and our installer will place the printed wrap as needed to fit your vehicle's curvature and size. When color matching, there is no warranty that Company can print the exact color. Customer is responsible for requesting color samples on vinyl material before production to ensure accuracy. Reprints and multiple prints may vary slightly in shade due to humidity and temperature; there are no refunds, reprints, or redos for this, as it is outside our control.
Once artwork is approved, no changes can be made as it is already in production. Any changes requested after or during production will require additional payment for corrections and new prints.
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before delivering it to Company. We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the service period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Company provides the Services and Materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the use by the Customer without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, Company does not represent or warrant that the Services or Materials provided will meet the Customer's requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other paint, finish, vehicle, applications, systems or services, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can be corrected.
Further, Company makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by Company. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Company, will create any warranty not expressly made herein. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any use of the Services and Materials is at Customer's sole risk. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this agreement.
